Get user ID and name pairs for the current company

Returns a simplified list of all users in the authenticated user’s company. Each entry contains only the user ID and full name.

Use cases:

Populating user selection dropdowns
Assigning tickets to users
Quick user lookups

Note: Only returns active users in the company.
