Returns all active automation rules for the current company, ordered by priority (lower numbers run first).

Each rule includes its id, ruleName, priority, its condition, and its action. Use a rule’s id with GET /openApi/messageRule/{id} to fetch it or PUT /openApi/messageRule/{id} to replace it.
