Required fields:
integrationId— the marketplace account (integration) this order belongs tocustomerId— must reference an existing Replyco customer; useGET /customer/pagedto search orPOST /customerto create one first
Order items — two ways to attach products:
Option A — reference an existing product variation (recommended):
Set productVariationId to the ID of an existing variation and leave productVariation null.
This avoids duplicates because each variation enforces a unique marketId + SKU combination.
Option B — create a new product variation inline:
Leave productVariationId empty and populate the productVariation object.
If the variation has no parent product yet, also fill in productVariation.parentProduct
with the same details (SKU, name, etc.).
Always provide quantity and price for every item regardless of which option you use.
