Returns a page of marketplace feedback, newest first unless you choose another sort, limited to the accounts your user can access. Requires the Feedbacks view permission.

All filters are optional and are combined. Use commentType in the response for the rating, and orderId to link feedback to an order. A page past the end returns an empty data list.

To get the tickets for a feedback, call GET /openApi/thread/byFeedback/{feedbackId}.
